Let us think for a second about other training that takes place in an organization. The company that I work for has several online training courses (typically webinars) that range from compliance to employee/management development. Should this type of training be cut from the budget or increased? Employees are undeniably any organizations life blood and to reduce that investment is to reduce the organization. Based off of my experience in the military, the various combination of trainings I was subjected to, enable my personal and professional life to be easier.
