I thought drugs were only for old people I mean teenagers and above that age. I thought it is too early for young people to know and use that kind of dangerous stuff. When I continue reading the chapter, I saw that Wes and Shea are selling drugs at their young age. That kind of thing made me frustrated and surprised. I know that dealers have goals to achieve, which is collecting money and getting rich for selling drugs. However, that is not an excuse for young people or old selling and using drugs. I feel these people need to get some lectures and some advice from their favorite people. Wes was not the dealer, but he saw his brother and he wants to become like him. Also, the environment that around people is affecting them. Wes’s neighborhood was not good for living and raising kids very well. It is full of drugs and dealers, and that’s another reason it made Wes this person. Therefore, young people become drug dealers because of many aspects that affect them and Wes was the victim who has been affected by these reasons.
