He covers important points of reconciliation like bringing glory to God, checking motives and desires, and forgiving only through the Spirit's help. The book has many strengths, including how it is broken down and the many anecdotes and grammatical tools to help remember them by. The book is not free of weaknesses and might have benefitted from more focus on who God is and how we relate to Him. Because everyone will have to work through conflict at some point in their life, Sande's book is a very helpful tool to give direction in how to do that
