glucose and glucose alone”. This statement , and the following information had a hue impact on me. As I thought about what they were saying, I was thinking about what I was eating, as well as those around me. The more I thought about what I ate, I started to realize I was eating a lot of carbohydrates. I love pasta, and potatoes in evry shape and form, sandwiches, and even the tea I was drinking was sweet tea. I have told my wife that we need more vegetables, and less rice, pasta and potatoes. I now drink unsweeten tea. I am going “Wild”.
How much Sleep Do I Need
In this book the authors interview Robert Strickhold, one of the world’s leading researchers on sleep. He had said, “If you don’t get enough sleep, you are going to end up fat, sick, and stupid”. Lack of sleep causes insulin resistance which cause increase in food consumption.
