Due to two active occupations, and school which take up most of her time, her exercise becomes minimal yet vigorous. When my patient does exercise potency, balance, flexibility classes, and cardio are achieved. Furthermore, my client is currently 5’6 and 218 with a desired weight of 150. Her utmost weight was 225 and lowest was 160. My client’s weight loss techniques in the pass consisted of working out everyday for thirty minutes to about two hours, with little to no carbs, and a vegetarian diet. Moreover, my client eats very large portion meals, snacks on very high carbs, and eats fast food on an occasion.
My client agreed to participate in my critical assignment fitness assessment and prescription. Although, there are some risks for her as she gets older, she seems to try and maintain healthy habits when times permits. Being that my client is still young she has an excessive amount of time to get her body at the required weight, where she will not suffer obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, and major heart issues down the
