With previous knowledge of flexibility from class and the Zumba class it made me realize the level of difficulty of these performances. I noticed how at the end of several dance skits the performers were gasping for air like running or holding their calves because of the lactic acid buildup of standing on toes to much it looked very difficult. Overall dancing seems to be a great form of physical exercise and activity. I remember my parents would often watch the show Dancing With The Stars and during the show many of the “Stars” would lose tremendous amounts of weight just off dancing alone.
