It is to prevent short stature. Also, using ultra low dose of estrogen. It may help with growth. With estrogen therapy it is required at age 12 to 15 years. With using high dose of estrogen can compromise with their height. Having appointments and keeping up with their appointments can help. Especially if it is dealing with their heart.
