Many companies shudder at the utter mention of unions because of the changes and problems that can come along with it. Unions are not always bad idea in some situations but not always a good one either. As an HR manager I would also pray that God would steer the company in the right direction and that the employees make the right decision and that the managers follow the strategies that are giving to them. Philippians 4 6:6-7 states, “ Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God. And peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heats and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
