The Unions came up when conflicts between organizations and labor force started to increase in the industrialization; the manual workforce was supplanted by automated production. It began in Great Britain and spread to other countries such as America, France, Germany, and other places in Europe (Teasley, 2008). The Unions were created to represent the workers and negotiate with the organization to get better rights for them (Radcliffe, 2014). On the other hand, government from numerous nations, considered Unions as illegal during the Industrial Revolution, and those employees that belonged to a Union could be captured, and the responsible for interrupting the production (Teasley, 2008).
