Due to lack of this, people are prevented from getting vaccinated disabling diseases. For example, when I had my vaccines without insurance I spent 500 dollars to get all the immunization shots I needed. This was the cheapest as it was at the Marion county health department. Although 500 dollars is not a huge sum of money, immunization isn’t an expense that an individual will spend. Therefore, more resources should be put in place to make vaccines cheaper than they are, free vaccines like Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) should also be encouraged. Health care insurance plans should also take payments for routinely recommended vaccines into consideration and health care providers should be compensated for giving and educating individuals of the advantages and disadvantages of these
