Women also had a much higher chance of abusing drugs after an abortion. They were 110% more likely to abuse alcohol and 220% more likely to use marijuana. This is dangerous not only for the woman, but for any future children she might decide to have. After having an abortion, women are 155% more likely to commit suicide. This is true, however that unborn baby that is being killed has no say in the matter. It did nothing wrong except it is still being given the ultimate punishment. No matter the inconvenience every child deserves a chance at life. Another argument that is presented relates to the fundamental question of this debate: Is a fetus a human? Those who are pro-abortion believe that a fetus is just a mass of cells at the beginning of its growth cycle. However, that “mass of cells” already has a beating heart 21 days after conception. Just 21 days and the baby already has the beginnings of a circulatory system and a beating heart, and an abortion will stop
