The latin AMerican region witnessed various revolutions in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.
THe Latin American Revolution inspired individuals in Latin American colonies to declare independence from spain.
The result of this revolution was the formation of independent countries in Latin America.
Why Did the Latin American Revolution start?
The Latin American Revolution was caused by poLITICAL CHAOS, WITH RACISM AND THE CLASS SYSTEM.
At the time most Latin America was under the Spanish crown. On 1808 the spanish King was dethroned and Joseph Bonaparte assumed control. This didn't sit well with the colonies as it cumulated into the revolution. They thought the balance of power was going to be broken.
