Many people could be responsible for Romeo and Juliet’s death. Both the Capulet’s and the Montague’s could be held accountable for both of their deaths because they both hated each other. They did not really have a reason to hate each other. They would just try and start trouble for no reason. Tybalt would try and cause trouble because he would always try and fight Romeo. In the end Romeo and Juliet were responsible for their own deaths.
Romeo was crazy about a girl named Rosaline and he thought he was in love with her. He was moping around because she would not be with him. Rosaline planned on being a nun and giving herself to God. Benvolio decided that he was going to show Romeo that their are better girls than Rosaline. He figures out how to sneak Romeo in at one of the Capulet’s masquerade balls. They show up at the ball in costumes and that is where Romeo first sets his eyes on Juliet. They look at each other and smile and Romeo thinks she is the most beautiful girl in the world.
After the party Romeo decides that he has to go and try and find Juliet. He goes to the balcony and that is where he hears Juliet talking to herself. She then decides to go find Friar Lawrence. Friar then comes up with a plan for Juliet to be with Romeo. He plans on having Juliet take a potion to make her parent’s think she’s dead and then he and Romeo will go find her and they will run away together. Juliet agrees and takes the potion at night. After her parents find her they take her the tomb. Romeo never got the news about the plan so after his friend tells he him Juliet’s dead he goes to see for himself.
