Business situation The owners have recognized the imminent need to update the IT equipment, computer software applications, and inventory processes.

The ability for customers post about their experience at Club IT via social media is a great marketing strategy. WiFi is becoming mandatory for entertainment venues as many of Club IT customers demand 24/7 connectivity. Providing free WiFi will prove advantageous to the generation targeted by Club IT.
Project Creep:
Creating a detailed report of what is required to accomplish the tasks of inventory control, network equipment updates (which will include WiFi) and automated employee management will assist in keeping the project ?on track.? As the project progresses, allowing additional tasks to be incorporated could cause financial implications and expand the timeline for completion. The focus should remain on the defined scope to avoid project creep.
Constraints:

Kiosks and/or handheld devices used by wait staff to place orders.
Accessing kiosks via keycards allow wait staff to ?clock in? via payroll software, check schedules and other employee activities on the website.
Payroll functions performed bi-weekly by management.
New advertising merchandise is uploaded to website as needed.
