Define P.E.
P.E. is the study of the movement of the human body.
Something to do with the movement.
Objectives of P.E.
•Understand the human body and how it works
•Develop and use skills in different sporting disciplines
•Participate regularly in Physical Activity and use it as part of a personal fitness plan
•Value Physical Activity and its contribution to good health
•Achieve and mantain a high level of Physical Fitness
•Display responsible behavior, especially during Physical Activity
•Understand and respect diferences among people in physical activity settings
•Appreciate that physical activity provides oppurtunities for enjoyment, challenge, self-expression and social interaction
•Expand your options on using leisure time
