(John) Bender is the stereotypical “bad boy” and ”criminal” with a dominating personality. He is wild and thrives on his rebellious attitude. He doesn’t care about his school life and his grades and has a hidden interest in Claire. Though he always retaliates if someone provokes him, he is neither rude or unkind to Allison but he only shows obnoxious reactions towards her odd
