The island has many national landmarks. Three great landmarks in Maui are Haleakala, Molokini Crater, and Dragons Teeth. Haleakala sits 10,000 feet above sea level. Since Haleakala is so high up in the air temperatures average around 40 degrees Fahrenheit ("Maui Facts & Information: Fun Facts About Maui."1). Molokini Crater is another large tourist attraction. The Pride of Maui is used to take a snorkeling trip to Molokini Crater. At this Crater the you can see up to 150 feet in the water. There is also 250 different types of fish.
