The most important role of the academic chair is to help fellow members of the fraternity with their academic pursuits. I personally feel that I have success in this category as I still have a 4.0 GPA after three semesters here at Rutgers. As the Academic Chair I feel that I would be able to give my fellow brothers helpful techniques and strategies that I have used successfully to aid in their own academic advancements. I can be especially useful in classes I have already taken making it so that I would be more help for newer members that may not have yet figured out how to balance academic demands and fraternity life. Also, I plan to utilize the newly formed “PhiDE Study Buddies” GroupMe to organize study sessions and if I had access to every
