Two published articles and a blog found on the internet were used to support my personal belief because they convey similar experiences and validate similar beliefs that I share. Moreover, these sources provide a clear basis of my views on human life, success, and happiness and have shaped my personal value system in regard to faith, purpose, and God’s plan (a pre-constructed plan for human life created by a supreme being).

In the article, God’s Plan for Your Life, by Dr. Trudy Veerman explains that human beings main purpose in life is to believe and trust in God’s pre-constructed plan rather than struggle with the thought of what an individual believes their value or purpose is for God. When I think about my decision to relocate for my new job, Dr. Veerman explains that although someone desires to travel abroad and set up orphanage in third world nations; God’s plan may require a different approach of simply helping children in the local community. Both are of equal importance. Veerman further contends that communication through prayer and meditation in seeking God’s guidance in all decisions is crucial. My personal belief is that God has a plan for my life and is based on my faith, steadfastness, and patience. I will never become a victim to irrational fears and doubts again. I believe God will always give me a sign to guide me through the darkness of disappointments and frustrations in life. I believe without God…I could never do anything
