There was always something to do. We spent some time doing inventory of everything we had, that is always important so we could keep track of the sales. There was times where we spent our day at Kitchen 66 preparing the pepper mash. Labeling bottles kept us busy for some time as we prepared for the sauce to complete the 30 days. Other times we bottled the hot sauce that was ready so we could get it and continue with the process which was to heat seal and then get ready for retailers to make their orders so we could deliver
