Bca Complaint Letter

Mr. DiFranco,

Thank you for responding. I can appreciate your desire to put this event behind you and move forward. However, the Board of Healing Arts take every complaint filed very seriously, and by statute is required to conduct a full investigation. It would provide clarity for the Board to hear from you and your wife concerning the events that made you feel a complaint was necessary. If you do not want to participate further in the investigation, please know it moves forward without your input.

If you do not intend to participate in an interview email me so I made add the response to my report. I need to know directly from your wife if she is willing to make an appointment for an interview. There was also some mention of text

Mitchell and Galle anonymously reported their concerns to the Texas Medical Board, on the standards of care provided, at Winkler County Memorial Hospital and the Winkler County Rural Health Clinic, by physician Dr. Arafiles. The letter reported that Dr. Rolando Arafiles Jr. was promoting his herbal supplements by encouraging his patients to purchase them and that he had performed a procedure on a patient in their home using the hospital's supplies. In August of 2009, Galle and Mitchell decided to settle their civil lawsuit against Dr. Arafiles and the federal lawsuit, without acknowledging liability,…

Lights, sirens, and a horn are all a man on the ground can hear and see. When the ambulance arrives he is asked, “Which hospital would you prefer to be taken to?” The man is just four blocks away from Caldwell Memorial Hospital, but he says, “I want to live so take me to Frye”. Why would a man so close to a hospital want to go to one 18 miles away? Caldwell Memorial Hospital, the only hospital in Caldwell County, does not provide adequate health care for the county.…

Dear Children’s Hospital and Medical Center Administration, I am a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, and I have worked at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center for eleven years. I am writing to disclose information that I believe demonstrates a misuse of locus of authority, a breach of the American Medical Associations Code of Medical Ethics, and a breach of Children’s Hospital and Medical Center Code of Conduct by Dr. Bud Shaw. After verifying the facts of Dr. Shaw’s story with the employees that were on duty at the time of the incident, I have chosen to share the information with the administration of Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. On October 15, 2015 in a personal conversation that took place in the cafeteria of Children’s Hospital and Medical Center between Dr. Sally Doe, Dr. Shaw, and myself; Dr. Bud Shaw shared the actions he took in the care of his daughter while she was a patient at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in late September of 2015.…
