My career goal is to become a Sports Agent. Like sports coaches, sports agents are represents athletes. Their role is to guide, mentor, and advocate. Before a coach or a sport agent fulfill his or her role, he or she needs to do some self- evaluation. Theory of Coaching teaches that it is good practice for coaches to self- evaluate by adopting a philosophy, as well as, exploring personal objectives.

In conclusion, Theory of Coaching teaches a number of concepts that are helpful for my future career goal of becoming a Sports Agent.
