Boiling The Pineapple Before Putting It Into Jell-O

Boiling the pineapple before putting it into Jell-o helps solidify it .Because the bromelain in the pineapple cancels out and the protein,sugar,and the Jell-o mix can form together and for solid Jell-o.Putting the pineapple in the freezer or in the incubator will not work. Because the enzyme bromelain is still their and keeping the Jell-o from solidifying.
