According to the 2nd amendment of the United States Constitution, the people have the right to bear arms and defend themselves. Defining morality means what is right, and what is considered for an individual who has the right to defend him/herself, then carrying a gun is both a moral and a legal right. There are many reasons why a person chooses to carry, and it's both a moral and a legal right. Being aware of violent crimes everywhere in the entire world such as robbery's, rape, abduction. If everybody is allowed to carry and own a gun, the number of crimes will increase because some will use it to engage in crimes (Ashby,2005). Life is very important which created self-defense. Therefore, there should be specific people to carry a gun.
Parking a car with a loaded gun in a privately owned public lot. But as a legal gun license holder parking your car with a loaded gun in a privately owned public lot regardless of what the lot owner wants may not be justifiable. Having a right to protect me on their properties should justify it all. If the owner keeps their gun in a safe place and out of sight that will prevent crimes such as theft and breaks in, in employee's cars when the weapon is not visible or easy to access. Property owners should create a car gun policy that will protect employee's and customer and specify who can carry a gun on the property. There will be punishment given and could be terminated if found with guns or any weapon illegally in a working place, like in a parking lot company. In the recommendation, I would take the following factors, which would control both the employee and the employer at the same time, to follow the company rules and regulations and to take security as the priority in a particular company. I believe in any organization there must be a policy to control a certain organization (Ashby, 2005). To enforce this policy to be followed there are some issues to be agreed by members and signed, but before the signed of the policy, it must be equal to everybody. That means if you break any rule is upon you, nobody to blame. By doing this everybody will feel treated equally with compromise, and it will be easy to enforce this
