Dementia and confusion are something that has confounded mankind for a decades. The ultimate understanding of this conceptual problem and its adverse effect on the families may not be fully understood for centuries to come. It is something that we at present are discovering and understanding more fully every day. With society as a whole living linger the incidence of dementia is increasing as well. I believe caretakers as a whole are dissatisfied with healthcare and support as a whole due to the demands the dementia patient has on the caretakers. I believe the dissatisfaction is far more complicated than stated and therefore not fully understood

I do not believe the results were meaningful to others outside of the research.

I believe the strategy was compatible. They selected persons whom were discontented via interview to solicit the study an outcomes they desired. Had the sample size been greater, involved a variety of hospitals, and included more qualified informant, I believe the information would have been more factual.

The findings are presented with a context. The context of dissatisfaction of care in the hospital with dementia patients by families and caretakers is clearly founded by those interviewed.
