Recently, while doing my leadership panel discussion, the panelist Donna Sorrentino saw me on my way to a meeting and asked me how everything was going with my school project. At that time I had just picked up the program that we would be distributing to the class, so I decided to show her the program. Instantly she observed that I had put her title as a Sr. Vice President and she began to explain to me that due to our reorganization her title was Unit Manager, but her duties has not changed. She said to me even though the Sr. Vice President sounds great, she would be deceitful if she did not point out the change. This little incident might be small, but to me it showed me as a leader she had integrity. In conclusion, with small lessons learned we acquire good character based on the type of individuals we associate with. We can then carry it forward in the way we conduct ourselves in our day to day
