Disney Fairy Tales Vs Reality Once upon a time there were two universes. One universe contained every female child’s dream, while the other universe contained the harsh reality of life. They both showed all the signs of a functioning mankind. People roamed the streets, couples meet up to talk about their day, and the environment around them carried on without a glitch. All of these signs were completely different in these two universes, though. The first world was one created by Walt Disney, where everything is a fairy tale, and princesses floated throughout the land, while the second is the domain that everyone lives in today, reality. Within every Disney world, there is a whirlwind romance. They all tend to happen in the most romantic ways, like being found on the beach, at a ball, or twirling through the woods. Also within three days of this first meeting, these teenage princesses, are getting married, or have found their true love. Cinderella ended up marrying a man she didn’t know for over half of the film. The princes involved in these world’s all contain the same characteristics. Every prince is handsome with luscious, thick hair and the perfect body. They are also every girl’s dream. Princes are never rude to the princess and are always trying to help. Whether it’s escaping the evil stepmother or waking a princess, who’s in a deep sleep in the middle of the woods, by kissing her. Reality’s version of romance is almost completely different. Instead of meeting on beaches, many people find their significant other in line at a coffee shop. Another way that many females these days find “the one” is online. This includes subtle “I really like you” hints by liking all of their Instagram posts or online dating sites. Once the initial contact has been made many couples don’t fall into love until a few months later, and some never fall in love. And marriage follows even farther
