One of the saddest parts of modern government is that, to motivate them to research into more innovations, it must include war. War is constantly evolving, with new weapons, tactics and vehicles. some of these innovations can sometimes be controversial. Drones, for example have been a hot topic. whether or not they are humane, or safe to fly. war is constantly changing and bringing new innovations. some of the newer technologies include unmanned vehicles or weapons. Drones have been a very controversial topic. whether they are humane or not, and whether they are worth the money. Drones are good because they can provide surveillance and also support without endangering any more soldiers’ lives. Drones are also much faster than if a soldier were to call a helicopter or some other form of support. they can do many operations in very hostile territory without endangering 1 soldier's life.Since drones are unmanned, they don’t endanger any lives because they are controlled from miles or even continents away. border patrol can also include watching for drug smugglers and illegal immigrants. disaster assistance can help by spotting injured people, or getting a bird’s eye view to better assist victims or rescuers faster than a helicopter could. with disaster assistance, there is a better chance finding victims in need of help if drones are used to get a bigger field of view.(Kostelnik, Michael C.
