Women have surpassed men in attaining higher levels of education; this is an important consideration for the education multinational in order to engage in company stakeholder relations (Aymong, 2013). Gender diversity in senior leadership roles increases creativity and organizational performance when all senior leaders adapt to sharing leadership across the executive team (Opstrup & Villadsen, 2015). Just adding women to the team without adjusting behaviors may decrease organizational performance due to conflict and in-group behavior (Opstrup & Villadsen, 2015).
