Improved Essays
An effective Early Childhood Education Program is one that embraces the creativity of their students, while teaching them the values of the multicultural advantages of the world around them. Cultural Arts, Imagination, and Creativity are factors of an individualistic mind that allows us to communicate with each other without always using words. Schools from Preschool to College should provide the training needed for each of their students to move forward into their aspirations without reservations. Helping them to realize that creativity comes from so many different avenues of the creative mind.

They give teachers an overall idea of where they’re headed with a lesson plan, but still provide a great deal of opportunities for interesting detours along the way. The most important consideration when teaching children, is that it’s not about the destination but rather the journey.
