The people in the urban areas have degrees, secure jobs with benefits and their children have access to education, which they can afford to send them to. Mulongo (2013) mentions that the level of poverty in northern and northeastern Kenya reaches as high as 94.3%. The majority of families in these rural areas of Kenya lack education and therefore, they can only send their children to schools where the quality of education is poor. This large group of people need to have the same chance as the rich, so that their children can be given good education all the way to the university level and break out of this
