If employees are still looking for rewards of sorts, the organization must be careful of when and how those are given out. To increase productivity through rewards, rewards can be given out for good attendance and improvement ideas that can be implemented throughout the organization. If an organization chooses to not do individual rewards, they can reward all employees for their hard work by having something as simple as donuts each Friday or a pizza party once every month.
