In this case, the EpicMix Racing Programs collect the data of how many lifts people ride and the vertical feet ascended every day. Vail Ski Resorts could know how long, when, and where people come to play.

2). The second type of system is management information systems. This one helps middle managers to control and understand the current operation about the company. In our case, Vail Ski Resorts could use the data which they collected to know how many people come to play and when they come. Knowing that information could help middle managers to improve their operating efficiency.
