Offenders are limited to their surroundings such as they are not allowed to be within a 1000 feet of a school, daycare, park, etc. Free Treatment and Onsite Treatment would be helpful. Sex Offenders are all designated in one spot because they are limited to where they can go. Some offenders are on Lifetime Supervision.
