Today, nearly half of the women population wears makeup to vanquish flaws and of course, go from a two to a ten. The magic of that is foundation which comes in a variety of shades for every skin tone out there. However, not all foundations are the same. For example, my first time wearing foundation at the young age of fourteen, I wore starlight beige from Cover Girl thinking it would hide my freckles and pimples, yet I did not know I would be the laughing- stock in middle school with people saying I looked like an Oompa loompa from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory because my foundation was too dark. The effectiveness of the foundation product Estee Lauder works on every woman of every nationality between the ages of fifteen to seventy-five because of its gentleness on the skin, and the duration of how long it will stay on a person’s face. For example, during the fall of 2013, I was a varsity cheerleader cheering in the Texas heat, and one of the girls Samantha on my team asked me what makeup I was wearing because it was so perfect and wasn’t sweating off me unlike her Cover Girl.
