Subjects to consider
1. I would try to handle this as ethically as I could, and put out a public notice to throw out our products. Also, I would make it possible for people to return the product with receipt and get their money back; which would of course come with coupons for products after we fix the contamination problem.
2. If the public eye wants to watch, then invite them in! Make them feel safe with your products again and help them see that the company is making changes to make sure this never happens again.
3. Seeing that I am in the position of Park, I would want to check myself and make sure that I am following regulations. Not only that but, also exceed regulations and laws and make our production near perfect. Then to make sure this doesn’t happen again in any area I would in-place a mandatory checkup every quarter, if anything is found wrong someone will be punished and the matter will be dealt with swiftly.

No one could lose their job seeing that I myself knew about the problem. The production site would have to be completely cleaned, and all laws and regulations would be followed and exceeded. If there is a problem it would be my job to fix it, that is my responsibility and the best way to earn my customers trust back. I would be on the site myself overseeing the entire operation and invite consumers in to see improvements before we start production
