A Christian worldview is a worldview that has been around for thousands of years along with many other views such as Theism, Deism, Pantheism, and Atheism. However, I will only focus on the worldview of Christianity. Christianity differs from the other views in many ways. Christians have a strong notion of believing in one god, who created everything, and sent his only son to save mankind who will restore life back into humanity. If Jesus did not die for our sins that we as humans would still being paying for the fall of Adam and Eve’s disobedience. As I have gotten older my faith has strengthened but it has also raised some questions due to the present time we live in. The Christian worldviews strengths rely on its foundation. How god created the universe in 7 days in an orderly fashion and with a purpose. How humans became sinful by nature due to Adam and Eve’s disobedience to god. How Jesus came to earth in humanly form to teach of god’s word and to sacrifice himself for mankind. Lastly, how having faith in god and trusting in him with give you eternal life with him in heaven. A weakness that stands out for me is how faith never changes with present time. Being in the society that we live in now where a lot of things have became acceptable raises an eyebrow for all that I have ever known to be what is right. Due to how society is always changing, how can I still be faithful to my faith and also be receptive to change in society? Will the two ever coincide? God created the universe and the heavens and earth. He created women for man and unfortunately, Adam and Eve’s disobedience made humans sinful by nature. Jesus sacrificed himself to save mankind so that we can be free of sin and live eternal. God helps guide us every day and is there when we need him the most. I believe in him because I know he is there without physically having to seeing him. Believing in a better place without pain, sorrow, or suffering and where love is abundant is better than believing there was nothing. Believing a place like heaven exists and it than come to find out it does not exist is better than, not believing and it exist. It’s a sense of hope by believing in god and giving our life a purpose that our lives mean something than just seizing to exist to
