You have to work to better yourself and Haitians don't do that. They rather blame France, Dominican Republic or Martians for their misfortune . We have a common history. Both France and Spain depleted our resources, but contrary to Haiti we Dominicans decided to work to improve our country, instead of complaining for something that happened centuries ago. You don't build a country complaining about the past, and that is something that Haitians don't seem to understand. Haitian wants to be what we are, and they want to have what he have, and maybe what we have is not much, but is what we have managed to create and we are proud of it.
