3.20 Supplies; Expenditures; Obligating the company The company will only allow few authorized persons of the company purchase office related supplies on behalf of the company. No employee shall make any kind of promises to any person or party on behalf of the company without prior approval from the organization.
3.21 Expense Reimbursement Employees are allowed to apply for their expense reimbursements that they might have incurred through the process of work. All the employees need to submit a form for reimbursements and will go through their supervisor for approval. Employees need to understand that all the expenses are subjected to scrutiny by the accounts department. After all the expenses deemed to be correct, the employee will be given a check.
3.22 Parking All employees need to apply for parking permit and submit the details of their vehicles with the security to require necessary tags to park in the company parking area.
