In October 2012, my veteran affair physician provider Dr. Utt changed my prescription drug from lisinopril to atenolol of 10mg it did not controlled it so I went from 20mg, 30mg, 40mg 50mg. On October 2014, on my next visit it still uncontrolled, so then, he told me that I need to see my primary care provider in TRICARE Prime of which is my family care plan in Madigan hospital because he said that his out of option due to veteran affairs. So there my visit at Madigan hospital but before I have seen Dr. Dewell, I have gone to EKG, Sonogram of my heart, and blood tested so in January 21 2015 when I saw her, she said that I need to lower my cholesterol because it causing my heart to pump so hard that it creating hyperplasia which is enlargement of the left ventricle in my heart this was a wake-up call for me because of my childhood experience, high blood pressure is a silent killer that a person could have. She prescribe me a simvastatin to lower my cholesterol and then she said I would like to prescribe you a combination medication know as amlodipine/valsartan 10/320mg with a follow up of blood tested two weeks later and then after that I received a phone call from her that my kidneys are doing well and she said that I will keep medication regiment until my biannual blood test to monitor the condition of my kidney and my latest blood test was in May 2016 and my kidney is in good
