I did learn from her so many things that I have never known about before. The Occupational Outlook Handbook and I found that a human resources director makes $102,780 per year and $49.41 per hour, it is a lot of money, but that money not make it easily that what I also found out while I was asking her some questions. She has so many responsibilities to take care of on daily basis. While I was interviewing her, she said she has to take care of so many responsibilities for example: recruiting, hiring new staff, firing, interviewing, consult top executives on strategic planning and serve as a link between an organization’s management and employees. It’s not only that, she has to make sure everyone had trained to do their jobs, just in case someone called in and fills other people in, if someone forgot to punch in they also come to her. There are so manystudents from campus, who works there part time job. She taking care of their schedules and make sure they get enough
