The best days of my life all revolve around vacations or trips that I have taken far away. Not Joseph Castillo’s, the best day of his life was being able to explore San Francisco with his father. Joseph’s parents divorced when he was only seven and that was a difficult time for him and his four other siblings. But him and his family pulled through, this didn’t stop him from accomplishing the things that he wished to do. He now plays soccer and wishes that he could one day be a professional soccer player. Playing soccer has been a hobby of his for about seven years. His favorite food is panda express. And his favorite movie is friday the 13th. Even though all of this happened he still is pursuing his dreams.

When Joseph’s parents got a divorce he didn‘t stop doing the things that he wanted to do. Yes, it was a hard time for him and his family but he still played soccer and pursued to do his best in everything that he did. He saw professional teams play and he got encouraged to be able to feel the same excitement that they feel. Barcelona, his favorite team, also contains his favorite player Lionel Messi. Soccer is a hobby that he does enjoy but there are many other things that he also enjoys.
