Lack of sleep doesn’t just make you drowsy and tired, it also be bad for your body. Pedestrians say that kids from ages 7-14 should have 7-9 hours of sleep. After regular days of sleepless nights, your brain can fog up, making it hard to concentrate and make decisions, and you would feel down and fall asleep during the day. If this happens regularly, kids could have mental problems because their brain is not able to work strongly like before. That is why most kids can’t do well in school. Also lack of sleep can effect your immune system. So if a virus, like the flu, is going around, you can’t fight off bugs because of no sleep.
