Legalization immigrant has been a controversial issue in the United States for a long time. Legalization is a process that changes, immigrant status from illegal immigrant to temporary resident of the United States. Illegal immigrants have come to the United State through different ways, such as Mexico borders, the Pacific Ocean, or even legally through a visa enter to the United State and after expiration their visa they did not leaved and become illegal immigrant. Some people believe legalization has positive effect for the United States such as they provide low-cost labor, contribute money to the government, and Large GPD (gross domestic products).
First, legalization immigrants provide a flexible low-cost labor in the united states. They can be hired less than minimum wage. Most of these workers hired to work in the agriculture, manufacturing, and construction industries that are hard works and there aren’t enough American to do them. Thus, allowing local companies to compete with inexpensive import from other coteries such as China and Mexico. In addition, low-skill immigrants are not competing with any U.S. worker at all. For example,” In the next decade, most of the fastest-growing occupations will be jobs that require less than a high school education” (Fitz, 2015). …show more content…

(Fitz, 2016)
Finally, Large GDP [gross domestic product] gains and tax revenue from legalization.
