It was very helpful using the decision-making process because through all that distraction, I created techniques to overcome the obstacles and the peer pressure. I solved the problems that I faced by, for example, eating something healthy at home before going out with my friend. By eating before leaving the house I was able to have a less desire to eat out. As the week started to end, I became more and more satisfied with the outcome of my decision. I felt more confident in my decision because I started to see physical changes to my body and mental change by becoming more aware of stuff that is happening around me. Reviewing my week, I notice something that I regretted. A thing that I regretted was not having enough to sleep at night because I was too focused with my education and my health.
