I choose a small group of seven people. The small group is making an effort to provide clothing and food for the homeless and families within our community. Our group has one leader who has been appointed by all of the group members. On the other hand, if the leader is absent there will be a group member who will take over when the leader is absent. However, everyone in the group will participate on the decision making and ask questions and participate in the discussions. The group will meet every week to discuss or donors and the contributions being made by the board members. However, the leader of the group will meet with the board members twice a month.

Everyone within the group has experienced some type of need for clothes and food at one point within their lives. Not to mention, everyone accepts one another and they “recognize that everyone in the group has a “variety of opinions and experiences which makes our group stronger. The group members want to share their ideas. Regardless, everyone is working to achieve their goal by providing the homeless and families with food and clothing.
