Matco Repeat Issues

Good morning. I registered two formal complaints; #7455 and 7459 to address these repeat issues with improper packaging, converting and shipping issues. Our Director of Manufacturing, Tim Kosto held a meeting with the Operation manager, Department Manager, Supervisors, Leads, and the entire Converting staff to address these repeat issues. The meets goal was to understand what we are missing, are the note too complicated, small, length, hidden amongst a multitude of other notes, etc... What are we missing or what are doing that is creating Matco’s orders to leave Taconic unfulfilled as required.
