She also has artistic abilities, is a goal-orientated person and has excellent communication skills. Monique performed well in the 2015 Dream Market assessment and has a good understanding of the school community. She would be able to create imaginative advertising materials for the business as she has access to numerous art supplies and has proficient computer skills in Photoshop and Excel graphing.
Lily decided to be the finance manager as she has an exceeding understanding of mathematical principles, arithmetic and computer skills, particularly in Excel. She also has a good perception of accounting concepts and performed well in the analysing and applying criteria in last term’s exam as well as the accounting unit last year. Additionally, she has excellent decision-making skills and good connections with accountants.
We thought that Natalie would be best as the operations manager being an organised, meticulous, decisive, committed and proactive person. She also has good judgement, decision-making and excellent cooking skills and can easily overcome and eliminate risks.
