Interview existing Clients
Think of those clients whom you’ve had relationship for a while. You can ask him/her questions like what they do over the weekend, are they more of online entertainment or more of a TV? You can tell your patient the reason to why you’re asking these questions depending on the relationship you have and be direct. If in your office you don’t have such kind of patients, you can ask your friends who are similar to your prospects. If you want a larger sampling, then send out a customer survey and be honest in your survey. Tell them what you want for you to understand better what they care about.

If you have your practice website, go back and look at your previous offers. Which offer made people to click, buy or call? If you didn’t pay attention to it, then you need to do some test which can be effective because the audience true motivation will be revealed by the action they will take.
