Capabilities
In this PLP assessment I have improved in creative and critical thinking capability.
I achieved this capability by creating new things in the work placement and generating new ideas. Such as designing. -creative thinking
Posing question and, analyzing problems to get a safe and, logical solutions between the children's conflict. This helped me create a critical mindset. -critical thinking cardboard backpacks and, painting pictures and solving problems have improved these capabilities
I choose this capability to l improve on because, in teaching or any other occupation it is required for the emplyee to be creative and, critical around the workplace.

Paying more attention to the teacher, trying new things in class and using different technique on my assignment/homework.

This is because, creative thinking is important as it used a lot in the 21st century and, the school promotes creative thinking which has helped me develop creative thinking.
Learning goals
My learning goals were: clarity, direction, motivation and focus.
These goals have been progressing well as, I have been getting feedback form teachers about my work.
I want to achieve this by the end of year 10 as, these goals are going to help me in stage 1 and 2.
The strategies that have worked well are, being patient, understanding new things and motivating myself.
The plans that I have made for stage 1 and 2 are to chose subject that are related to teaching such as: child studies and all, essential subjects.
